1. Service Description
IntelliGuard is a fully managed AI loss prevention service provided by NeuraIQ Pty Ltd. The service includes hardware (Edge AI Appliance), installation, AI model calibration, ongoing model updates, and technical support.
2. Subscription
IntelliGuard is provided on a monthly subscription basis. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. The subscription includes all hardware, software, installation, calibration, and support.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers may cancel within 30 days of activation for a full refund. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to admin@neuraiq.com.au. NeuraIQ will arrange collection of the Edge AI Appliance at no cost to the subscriber.
4. Equipment Ownership
The Edge AI Appliance and all associated hardware remain the property of NeuraIQ Pty Ltd for the duration of the subscription. Upon cancellation, NeuraIQ will collect the equipment. Subscribers are responsible for providing safe, ventilated placement and maintaining power and network connectivity to the appliance.
5. Limitation of Liability
IntelliGuard is a detection and alerting tool. NeuraIQ does not guarantee the prevention of theft. The service is designed to assist store staff in identifying potential concealment events. NeuraIQ is not liable for any losses arising from undetected events or false positives.
